“Wow, this place is amazing!” I said. I looked around the room we walked into. At in the middle of the room was a table with two bottles and at the far end was a tiny door.
“Well, if Wonderland is anything like what we just experienced back there, I think there’s more to it then just this room.” Said Kixcn, looking around at all the weird things in the room.
“Yeah,” I replied, trying to figure out what the riddle to this place was. I studied the tiny door a little closer. The doorknob was an old type that you have to twist, but something was a little different then a regular doorknob: it was snoring.
“AH!” I yelped.
“oh, don’t be so loud! I was sleeping, thank you very much! Now, if you’ll excuse me…”
Kixcn came to join me at the sound of the voice.

“Is…is the doorknob talking to you?” my brother asked.
I nodded, the look on my face apparently telling my brother that I was a little freaked out.
“Ha! Doorknob. Of course I’m a doorknob. You need to learn some manners, young man. You won’t have any friends if you won’t believe what is possible!” the doorknob said, yawning every now-and-then.
“How…if you don’t mind me asking, do we enter through the door?” I asked it, being as polite as possible.
“I don’t mind at all if you ask a question, my sweet! The answer is to drink from the bottle.” It replied.
“What…bottle?” Kixcn asked.
“ My dear boy, the only bottle in the room!”
Kixcn stood up and looked around. His eyes settled on the table in the middle of the table.
“Oh,” he said under his breath.
“Wait, Kixcn! You don’t know what it will do.” I lowered my voice, “what if it’s poison?”
“oh, you sweet girl. I admire your keen mind, but you have to trust me. See for yourself.” The doorknob soothed.
I shrugged to my brother, telling him to try it.
He picked up the bottle, sniffing it. He then took a sip. Next thing I know, he’s one-third his size.
I looked down at him, puzzled.
