That night, we had a sort of…’party’, so to speak. No one saw me walk in, so I just got a drink and sat down on a bar chair. Risxch and Newarxd were having one of their famous fights and everyone had taken shelter behind a couch. It didn’t look like they were enjoying it, so I decided to do something about it.
“Guys? Guys! GUYS!! STOP FIGHTING!!” I tried my best to stop them, narrowly dodging a fireball.
Urgh. That was the last straw.
I pulled them apart by the hoods of the jackets and got between them. Just as they got up and started to go at each other, I stopped them by putting my hand on their face.
They knew what would happen a split second before it happened.
I shocked them, sending them sliding across the room.
“Knock it off.” I told them, and sat down on the barstool.
Everyone just stared at me.

I woke up earlier then usual, seeing that Risxch wakes up earlier than most people. I wanted to apologize to him for unloading my ‘feelings’ on him.
I walked quietly into the couch room and found Risxch studying some papers on the couch.
“Hey,” I whispered.
He looked up and smiled faintly. “Hey. What are you doing up so early?”
“I just wanted to apologize about yesterday. I didn’t mean to yell at you.”
“No, I’m sorry. I should have thought more highly of you.”
I smiled at him and looked at my hands. “Can I tell you something?”
“Does it involve yelling?” he looked at me sideways.
I smirked. “No, silly.”
“Then shoot,” he replied.
“Well, when Kixcn and I woke up for the first time, we told each other that we knew we had a special connection. Of course, later we realized and remembered that we were siblings. When that happened, we promised each other we would protect each other. And I was thinking…since Kixcn and I think of you as a …brother,” I looked at him and he looked at me. His emotions of happiness escaladed through the roof. Of all I know about the team, Risxch is the only one that doesn’t have a sibling.
“I promise to keep you safe, as if you really were my brother.”
“And I promise to keep you safe, as if you were my siblings.” He replied.
I nodded to him and stood up. “I could never be happier, Risxch. Knowing that.”
And I really was.
