"D-A-T-A-D-O-W-N-L-O-A-D-C-O-M-P-L-E-T-E” said the laptop in a creepy robot voice.
"ALLLLRRRIIIGGHHTT!" RisXch yelled, "Now I can make fire!" RisXch shot fire out of his hands and onto the first terminals. And this happened with the 2nd and 3rd.
"Ok, now how long to do we have to get out of here ChrisPx?" I asked through my headset.
"Well you might want to start running now," said ChrisPx, "Because you guys only have 5 minutes to run before the whole place blows up." my face instantly became hot and I froze up.
"Status, Oulixia." asked Kixcn, feeling good from the instantaneous release of his firepowers.
"RUN!" Oulixia replied, "we, uh, only... Have... 5... Minutes."

"OH CRAP!!!" yelled RisXch. We ran throughout the H.B.T.P.P. secret base, dodging robots right and left. The moment we stepped out, multiple explosions sounded out into the night sky. Then, out of nowhere, a huge explosion wracked the ground, causing Kixcn and RisXch to yell and me to trip and fall on my face.
As the boys helped me up, ChrisPx’s voice rang through our ears.
"Hey you guys. Are you there?" ChrisPx asked, a feeling of concern in voice, "Hello? GUYS?! OH NO!"
"Don't have a heart attack ChrisPx. Me, Kixcn, and Oulixia are fine." RisXch replied with an out-of-breath voice.
A young boy and girl were standing on a dock in front of a large boat. In front of them, kneeling down to their eye level was a man in a drench coat. On his back was a backpack and at his side was a sword. The man was talking to the children, who were red-eyed, crying.
The man sighed. “I know I won’t probably see you for a long time. I want you guys to take care of your mom for me, ok? She won’t be able to take care of you as much now with her condition. I don’t want you two to fight with each other. It won’t help at all. I…love you. You know that, right? I don’t want to leave, but I have to.”
As the man stood up, the little girl burst out crying, ran to the man, and buried her face in his leg.
“DADDY! DON’T LEAVE US!!” the girl cried, muffled by the man’s coat.
The man took the girl’s arm and drew her close to him. Looking her in the eyes, he said, “ I won’t ever leave you, sweetheart. Your mind may forget me, but your heart won’t.” he pointed to her chest. “I will always be here.”
With that, he stood up. The little boy ran to the girl, who was now on the ground, sobbing, though trying to hold it in.
The man turned, but not before saying, “Take care of your sister, ok, Nick? I want you to help her if she’s in trouble. Promise me that.”
“I promise,” the boy said, straightening his back.
“ And, Olivia,”
The girl removed her hands from her face, looking up at her dad.
“Make sure your brother doesn’t get into too much trouble.”
The girl nodded, “I promise.”
The man smiled affectionately and walked away…
I woke up in a heaving sweat. Gasping, I turned to my bedside table for a glass of water. I touched my face as I felt sweat drip from it. But…this wasn’t sweat. It was coming from my eyes. I panicked, but then I relaxed after a moment.
What was this? Were these…tears?
